35-36 For Out of Zion

Vay'he bin'soa ha-Aaron va'yomer Moshe. "Kumah Adonai ve'yafu-tzu oy'vey'cha ve'yanusu mesan'eycha mi'paney'cha. Ki mi'Zion te'tseh Torah, ud'var Adonai mi'Rushalayim. Baruch sheh'natahn Torah, l'amo Yisrael bik'du'sha'to.

And it came to pass when the Ark moved forward, Moshe said "Rise up O Adonai and let thine enemies be scattered. And let them that hate thee flee before thee" For out of Zion shall go forth the Torah and the Word of Adonai from Jerusalem. Blessed be He who in His holiness gave the Torah to His people Israel.
