13 V'Shamru

V'shamru b'nei Yisrael, et haShabbat La'asot et haShabbat l'dorotam b'rit olam. Bayni uvayn b'nei Yisrael ot he l'olam, ki shayshet yamim asa Adonai et hashamayim v'et ha'aretz, u'vayom hashvi'i shavat vayinafash.

Sh'mot (Exodus) 31: 16- 17 The people of Israel are to keep the Shabbat, to observe Shabbat throughout all their generations as a perpetual covenant. It is a sign between Me and the people of Israel forever; for in six days Adonai made heaven and earth, but on the seventh day He stopped working and rested.
